I have this listed in my Etsy shop as a wedding favor/wish tree tag and in my Artfire shop as a gift tag (trying to cover all bases!). When I designed this tag (in inks and colored pencils), I was trying to go for a Victorian kind of feeling, thus the photograph of the tag inside a vintage music book.
